13 Best Beer Affiliate Programs (Huge Payouts!)

I hope you are above the legal drinking age in your country because I’ve got a list of opportunities for you that’ll make you want to celebrate. But you need to be old enough to do it responsibly!

Beer might not seem much more than a great barbeque accompaniment, but it is like, one of the oldest types of alcoholic beverages that we know of. I had my own first taste when I was just thirteen.

Hey, don’t judge now, it was just a sip or two, and I didn’t like it much. Even the legal age in France for wine and beer is just sixteen.

Besides that, there is a huge trend of beer cafes and self-brewing kits. A rich culture surrounds this fizzy drink for adults.

Just think of all the pubs around the world, and the hundreds, if not thousands, of different beer brands atop dozens of different types. Personally, I think the beverage has the perfect level of alcohol content.

It’s just right to have one or two with a friend in the evening to loosen up the social friction and really have a bonding session. Socializing is at the heart of this culture.

Alcohol, in general, is very profitable, and beer is no exception. The global industry is worth around six hundred and ten billion dollars. That’s a lot of mula, guys.

Let’s take a look at the opportunities in this niche for affiliate marketing.

1. MBMC Affiliate Program

Let’s start off from the bottom. Everyone knows Heineken, Corona, and Guinness, but there’s something exciting about micro-brewed ales.

It’s like a little lottery machine. It could be amazing, it could be terrible, or it could be something different. And I really like what The Microbrewed Beer of the Month Club is doing.

Basically, these guys play the lottery on your behalf.

They taste a lot of bad beers, so you don’t have to! With the widespread culture of micro brewing and brew-at-home kits, there are more things to try than ever before.

Clients can sign up for a subscription and get their tried and tested recommendations at regular intervals. But that’s not all!

The Microbrewed Beer of the Month Club does the same things for wines, chocolate, cigars, and flowers, and you can even start your own XYZ of the Month club on their platform!

I think that’s really cool. Their affiliate program is pretty good as well.

You stand to earn a one-time bounty of twelve dollars for every new subscription you send their way with a generous ninety-day cookie duration.

The best part? You will earn a bounty for sales in any of their network of sites. Wine, cigars, chocolates, beer, or flowers. Those are a lot of elite options, don’t you think?

Earning might be lesser, but if this is available in your area, you have to try it out, at least.

2. Athletic Brewing Affiliate Program

Say what you want about this company; they sure know how to do marketing properly! The website looks colorful, attractive, and vibrant. I could say the same for their packaging.

Athletic Brewing sure knows how branding works. They make non-alcoholic beers for health-conscious adults who love beer but know that alcohol is really bad for you, especially when regularly had.

The first nonalcoholic beer on the list is my cue for the “Drinking = Bad” disclaimer. While we’re at it, y’all shouldn’t drive drunk, either, okay?

This company makes a ton of tasty beverages for all the seasons throughout the year. Now let’s take a look at the affiliate program.

I guess their marketing budget takes up a ton of their revenue because their affiliate program doesn’t offer you much at all.

You will earn only three percent of the sale here with a two-week cookie duration. That’s just for new customers, by the way. If it’s a repeating customer, the commission drops down to just one-point-five percent.

That’s pretty bad if you ask me. I mean, beers don’t cost that much; a commission of less than five percent is basically nothing for your time and efforts unless you know something I don’t.

3. BrewerShirts Affiliate Program

Do you identify as a party animal? Do you wish to wear it as a badge and show it to the world? That would be a great way to connect with other lovers of luxury in real life.

Well, this one is a testament to the best thing about affiliate marketing. There are so many different ways to make money! Just look at the three options we have already seen.

One was a microbrewing subscription service, the other was nonalcoholic, and this one was about clothing and apparel! You don’t even need to drink any alcohol to be into these.

Any niche has a lot of outliers surrounding it. I think it’s great to explore them to find opportunities. BrewerShirts make classy and cultured beer T-shirts that reflect the passion and craft behind this awesome beverage.

Their Affiliate program offers you a decent ten percent commission, and they follow a print-on-demand model. The company also uses eco-friendly materials and prints everything individually, right from the owner’s home!

Personally, I think things like t-shirts work better than actual beers for affiliate marketing. We buy beers from the store, but t-shirts, we do order online.

4. BottleKeeper Affiliate Program

There is probably nothing better in life than a perfectly chilled beer with good friends.

The chilled part is important here. Because alternatively, warm beer is one of the most disgusting and unpleasant edible things out there. At least to me.

No self-respecting beer enthusiast would go anywhere without a beer can sleeve, at least. Those are the insulated covers that fit snugly around your can, keeping them cold.

BottleKeeper provides you with a far better option, though.

If you’re the kind who lives by a “buy once, buy right” kind of motto, then they can offer you a high-quality and long-lasting product with the custom look of your choice.

This affiliate program is also cool as ice. It comes with a whopping twenty percent commission with a forty-five-day referral window. The average order value is $55.

Honestly, you might not get super excited by those numbers, but believe me, this is one of the better options in this niche! The reason behind it is the same as for the T-Shirt company.

It just works better with online activity, which is what affiliate marketing is all about; the digital.

5. BeerBooks.com Affiliate Program

Are you a reader of books? Welcome to the club! No, we aren’t extinct, and we are definitely not dinosaurs, okay? Reading is truly amazing and really good for you. It’s like exercise for your brain!

Did you know that Charles Buckowski was a heavy drinker? So was Hunter S. Thompson. My point is: you can enjoy a nice craft beer while wearing a pair of reading glasses. And if you already do, this website is perfect for you.

BeerBooks.com obviously has a bunch of cool books, videos, and other reading material about the craft of brewing.

They also have other cool stuff, like showpieces, that include signs, posters, and other things to put in your home.

The affiliate program’s features include a basic five percent commission rate with a thirty-day cookie duration. While they have some ebooks and books that cost a bit less, the showpieces should grab you a pretty penny.

You could do better in terms of commission than this, but honestly, I think it works well as a novelty store in its own right. The folks at BeerBooks.com have made a respectable website. Do check it out, at the very least.

6. Beer Cartel Affiliate Program

Beer Cartel is one of the biggest beer stores in Australia. After all, if you can have a beer cafe to drink beers, you can have a store dedicated to selling them.

Their website looks really well done and is nicely optimized with minimal loading speed. That is an important part of your affiliate efforts as the conversion process happens online.

Plus, they’ve got a really cool name. The store has all the major and local AUS brands, and customers can browse through them by brand, style, or country. What more do you need to know?

Ah, yes, about the affiliate program:

  • To start off, the program is hosted on Commission Factory.
  • It offers a five percent commission with a month-long cookie duration.
  • They will provide you with custom promo material upon request.
  • And they only deliver within Australia’s borders.

If you’ve got a wide audience in Australia that would be interested in craft beers, this might be a good one. The commissions aren’t amazing, but their beers cost a tad bit more than the others on average.

7. Beer Drop Affiliate Program

Okay, first things first, Beer Drop’s website is a lean, mean conversion machine! I mean, just visit them through the link below and check it out! I wouldn’t be surprised if it was made on ClickFunnels or something like that.

The website looks great; very legitimate, trustworthy, attractive, and colorful. They’re based in Denver, Colorado, and the folks at Beer Drop have tasted thousands of craft beers to curate selections for their clients.

One can simply choose their preferred monthly quantity, select any combination of their number of categories, and choose a payment plan ranging from monthly to yearly and beyond.

Some of the categories include sour, fruity, dark, hoppy, Belgium, and malty. Plus, they let their clients skip any month that doesn’t work for them and do not charge them for that one.

All in all a great service with an awesome affiliate program. They let you keep ten percent of all revenue you generate for them, and these kinds of services tend to work well for affiliate marketing, especially on YouTube.

8. Craft Beer Club Affiliate Program

Now we’ve seen a lot of craft beer subscription services already. Apparently, they are a dime a dozen. Sure, the idea is great, but there are just so many to choose from! What makes this one special?

For one, the Craft Beer Club aims to be the original one of its kind. Other than that, I have a hard time honestly saying their service is better. They don’t ship everywhere across the US, and that’s fine, I think.

It’s better to do a good job in a few states rather than be mediocre everywhere. Even the beers they offer can’t be customized as much as some of the clubs we have already seen.

The mix of beers seems like they’ll be a bit random in this one.

For the affiliate program, they offer a five percent commission to you for promoting their service. Their average order value is about $190, so you can estimate your earnings that way.

They’ve also mentioned a seven percent conversion rate and have outright forbidden bidding for their trademarked name on Google ads to drive traffic to your affiliate links.

All in all, we’ve seen companies with a better service that offer higher commissions than this. I’d say skip this one unless the location factor is ideal for you.

9. Brew Demon Affiliate Program

Okay, we’ve heard the term “craft” beer so many times already, just on this list. In fact, you might have seen so many different beer terms here, from different types to manufacturing lingo.

It’s always good to get an overview of whatever you want to sell in affiliate marketing. How will you recommend the best things if you don’t know anything about them? So what does “craft” really mean?

Well, you have your big commercial beers like BudLight and Budweiser, which are essentially more traditional. Then you have your microbrewing done by smaller companies in specific batches.

These small batches are called craft beers because there is more customization involved in them. The smallest of all batches are done at home, and that’s what this company is all about.

Demon Brewing Co. sells homebrewing kits, supplies, and related equipment. Using these, people can make small batches of their own styles of beers right at home!

It’s great as a hobby, it can become a full-on side hustle, and it just doesn’t get fresher than brewing your own.

Their affiliate program offers you an attractive proposition:

  • Eight to twelve percent commissions on a thirty-day cookie duration.
  • A dedicated Affiliate Manager.
  • Regularly updated creatives & bonuses for you to earn more.

10. The Beer Connoisseur Affiliate Program

We’ve seen nine different companies that are built around this sparkling cold beverage, but this one is the most unique one so far.

They don’t do anything alien, though; The Beer Connoisseur is a Premium Web Magazine about beer.

The Beer culture is pretty huge around the world, and tons of people are really into it. Most people would wonder if anyone even reads magazines anymore, but they underestimate the power of passion and identity.

If I identify as someone who genuinely loves beer, my passion for it would border on obsession. That is the actual face of our modern-day lives: intense, all-pervasive, and never-ending engagement.

It’s not that people don’t read things anymore; it’s that they want to do it all the time in intense, short bursts of binging. That has been my experience, anyway. A great time for creators, and by extension, for affiliates.

Their affiliate program offers you a ten percent commission with a full year’s worth of referral duration.

Longer cookies are important for journalism because people tend to explore a lot of free content before making a sale.

They also sell merch which you can earn from. The actual magazine doesn’t cost that much, though, so keep that in mind. Still, a great option to add to your things.

11. Lyre’s Affiliate Program

I’ve never heard of Lyre’s before myself, but looking at their website, it seems like a well-established brand, to say the least! Everything about it looks super attractive.

The website, the products, the videos, and even the banners they will give you. Everything else looks great, but their products won’t make sense to me before I try them.

That’s because Lyre’s sells non-alcoholic spirits, and that’s just a weird thing to say if you ask me. Like an eggless omelet or a vacuum-sealed packet of lays chips.

Either way, they sell their products all over the world, and especially across Europe. At the end of the day, alcohol is bad for you, but drinking culture is a big part of our lives. It’s where we come together and celebrate as a tribe.

With Lyre’s, anyone and everyone can enjoy the pleasure of a soiree or a shindig without compromising their health. Not bad, I think.

The affiliate program is giving you an eight percent commission with a cookie duration that’s not mentioned. Their audience has a sixty-forty ratio of female to male people.

They’ve also given their most profitable age groups for your reference. If that sounds like a good fit, go sign up through the link below!

12. Brewgooder Affiliate Program

First things first, this is a beer company that’s committed to having a positive impact on the world. Brewgooder is a certified B Corporation company because they actually stick to their ideals.

Their website looks smooth, groovy, and really easy on the eyes. When you combine that with the guilt-free feeling of making sustainable purchases, it’s a great recipe for high conversions!

Honestly, after considering the founder, Alan’s, life story, I think everyone would want to work with these guys if possible!

The man’s journey started in Nepal with a parasite contraction and led to foreign development and social work.

Today it has led to this beautiful-looking brand of light beers. What’s not to love? The story sells itself.

The affiliate program offers you a seven percent commission with a decent AOV of fifty euros. They are also open to running exclusive partnerships and competitions with their affiliates.

The company treats its employees and partners well, so add that to the list of perks.

13. Michigan Brew Supply Affiliate Program

As the name suggests, Michigan Brew Supply is based in the state of Michigan, but they ship their products across the US.

Also, self-evident from its name, it’s a one-stop shop for all the brewing supplies one may need.

While you can buy self-brewing kits here, with all the necessary supplies, and supplementary equipment like bottling machines and glass bottles, they have the same for all kinds of other things as well.

So they sell kits and supplies for making wine, mead, cider, distilled spirits, and even soda pop. Unfortunately, it seems like they’ve closed the doors on their business temporarily.

The owner is currently looking to sell the business and the website.

The business started in 2011, so I don’t think it will kick the bucket just yet. As of now, we can assume that the company will restart soon.

The affiliate program offers a five percent commission with a thirty-day cookie duration. They haven’t mentioned anything else, though. It’s a great platform for gifting things and getting all you need in one place.

American beer folks should consider this one.

In Conclusion

The first thing I noticed in this niche was that the commissions for actual beer sales are very low.

Combine that with the low price of the actual product and the fact that people want to buy beers from their store and not order them online.

I mean, a five percent earning on a six-pack of beer is hardly worth your time for affiliate marketing efforts. Comparatively, craft beer or subscription-type business model is marginally better in this niche.

Beer Drop at #7 would be my personal recommendation for this type of program. I think this type of service works great on YouTube and other visual mediums.

You can really create a sense of how valuable such a thing would be.

Other than that, merchandise, show pieces, t-shirts, and micro brewing kits work really great for affiliating in this niche. At least, I think so.

Sure, the commissions aren’t awesome there, either, but a bunch of pennies makes a dime, and it all adds up eventually.
