The business model is simple, what they charge from a company for user testing, a small cut of that money is paid to a reviewer that tests the website and share his/her views on it.
Is TryMyUI A Scam?
This simple and clear answer is a no! TryMyUI is definitely not a scam and a legitimate website where you can earn some extra cash on the side.
But that doesn’t mean you should go after trying it. Keep reading this review further to find out what exactly I am talking about.
TryMyUI Review: Signup Process & UI
The signup process is as simple as it is on any other membership website on the planet. You can join TryMyUI from anywhere in the world and it’s completely free to join.
However, just because they are accepting interested users from all over the world doesn’t mean you will be offered paid tests to take. If you don’t fit their criteria, you won’t be able to see any paid test to earn money from their website/platform.
Once you fill out your personal information and complete the baby steps, you will be presented with a dashboard where you will want to take a qualification test before you are eligible to take paid tests.
The test is going to take anywhere from 20-30 minutes and once you take that, you will have to wait a couple of days for TryMyUI to either approve your account or disapprove (which is not so cool).
Let’s say you get approved…! Once you are approved, you will be able to take paid tests and each test is going to take 20-40 minutes depending upon your speed and complexity of the website/application you are testing.
And if you complete the tests successfully, you will get paid what is promised in the first place. Talking about the usability, the website is fast and you won’t be seeing any technical glitches as you see in most of the GPT websites.
There’s no special process other than what I’ve just explained above.
How Much Can You Make?
Frankly, you won’t be making thousands of dollars with TryMyUI at all. There’s no guarantee for consistently paid tests. You might get to take 2-3 website/application tests every week and for each test, you will be get paid nearly $10 (which is not that bad honestly).
So, you might be able to do 10-15 tests every month (could be way less than this or more if you get lucky). Hence, you can expect to earn an extra $50-150 per month (maybe).
TryMyUI Review: How Do You Get Paid?
At the moment, TryMyUI only pays via PayPal and there’s no other payment method available for withdrawing money. If PayPal is not available in your country, you should not be considering trying this platform at all.

After trying and testing the platform myself along with some in-depth research done surfing the internet, I would say TryMyUI is definitely a legit website to earn real money online. However, you won’t able to earn much. As the story goes with most of these GPT websites, you won’t be able to replace your job with TryMyUI or sometimes not even pay for your groceries.
There are other sustainable ways that you can leverage to make money online that require real skills and that you can be confident about in the long run.
If you have no money, you might trade your time for a few bucks but if you have some resources, I highly recommend you invest in yourself, learn a high-income skill, and generate consistent revenue online even if you don’t put much of the time.
