Which One is Easy to Use?

We were using Constant Contact for a while (revealed in our list building guide) and it’s good but compared to Moosend, it still lacks in providing a flaw-less experience to the users.

The system seems a bit lagging sometimes which is so irritating. That’s not the case with the other one.

How’s Customer Support?

We’re just trying to be quick and straight to the point. Customer support is better in Moosend. Constant Contact has email, phone, and ticket support whereas Mossend has email support, phone, ticket, live support, and training as well.

What about Pricing?

Moosend starts at $10 per month with a forever free plan and Constant Contact starts at $20 per month with a 60-day free trial for users in the United States and a 30-day trial for non-U.S. residents.

With Moosend, $10 per month is for 1,000 subscribers. With Constant Contact, the limit with first plan is 10,000 sends a month.

Final Thoughts

Both tools are pretty good to be used but what we don’t like about Constant Contact is that before you cancel your account or trial, you need to make call and it’s really annoying.

Why would you have give a call to somebody just to cancel an account.

Also, they’re going to charge you from nowhere in the time. We stopped using it when we were suddenly charged $200 without even reminding.

You should get away with Moosend. It’s amazing.
